What’s your background?
I went to school at Syracuse University and was visual arts major.  I took a job in NYC in advertising as an art director before opening my design firm.

Karl Appelt from the 1960 cobra movement.

What is your favorite piece in your shop right now?
Laurel Cocktail table from Donghia.

Classic, tailored, textured.

What was the first piece you ever bought?
A 1900th century Connecticut Highboy.

What can’t you live without?
Gucci loafers and chocolate covered almonds.

Who would play you in a movie about your life?
David Beckham.

What is your most prized possession?
Sydney and Digby, my two Yorkshire Terriers.

Name three things that are always in style.
Blue jeans and white shirt, Gucci loafers and an alligator belt.

Twelve.

Who is the most stylish person you know?
My mother. She was a huge Chanel fan.

What was your first job?
Lifeguarding.

What is your favorite book?
Pride and Prejudice.

It gives potential design clients a taste of our style and quality.

Best moment as the owner of this store?
Bringing a smile to a design clients face when they connect with a new creation.

What is your favorite restaurant in Connecticut?
Mayflower bar in Washington.

What is your motto?
Love what you do and the people you work with.

Who or what is the greatest love of your life?
My partner in crime of eighteen years.

Favorite indulgence?
Rolex watches.

What are three things we don’t know about you?
I do design work in my sleep, I live on the water, and I love coconut chocolate chip ice cream.
