Hermès, J’taime

The luxury retailer has opened a new shop in Greenwich

Hermès opened a new boutique on Greenwich Avenue on May 4, and we’re just as excited about the building as what’s inside. Shop Hermès’ fabulous goods in a historical landmark, a 1906 corner building with Greek revival architecture and some new additions: Hermès’ iconic mosaic tiles and cherry wood paneling mixed with amorino stucco panels. The store will feature a special window installation for the opening, paying homage to The Sporting Life, Hermès’ annual theme, which should be appreciated by the equestrians of Greenwich. The window is a collaboration with artist Pamen Pereira. 289 Greenwich Avenue, Greenwich, 203-622-3007, hermes.com.
