Old Greenwich Yacht Club Open House Sundays | Old Greenwich, CT

Feb 23, 2014 to Apr 13, 2014
01:00 PM

This event occurs weekly, on Sunday.

Greenwich Point is the place to be on Sundays, all winter long. As it has for the past 25 years, the Old Greenwich Yacht Club (OGYC) has opened its doors once again on Sundays from 1:00pm to 4:00pm Sunday Open Houses will continue through April 13, snow, rain or shine. The Club’s prominent position just past the drift way in Greenwich Point Park makes it the perfect place for visitors to take a well-deserved break as they enjoy a Sunday stroll or ride around ‘the Point’.

The Yacht Club board hopes that residents will stop by to see the new and improved clubhouse, enjoy some refreshments and warm-up by the fire. Open houses have traditionally been a way for Greenwich residents with an interest in boating to learn about all the Club offers for sailing, kayaking, cruising, fishing and more. Open houses also provide a chance for Club members to gather during the off season and plan activities for the upcoming summer.

For more information about Club Open Houses or club membership, contact Membership Director Kirk Young at membership@ogyc.org, or visit our website at www.ogyc.org.

Open to the public at no charge
