DCI Design & Millwork is an inhouse millwork production shop to control quality and timing of critical path items.
Davenport Property Management, a fully staffed division to provide preventative, remedial, emergency and small project management services for Davenport homes and the general residential community.
For certain custom projects the construction management process will yield benefits for the client. Davenport maintains a full-time estimator on staff and the financial budget numbers are reviewed during the entire building process. In the case of an evolving design/build project, a budget for each phase will be created. The client pays Davenport a fixed fee based on time and materials. Design/build changes can be made during the building process. A review of a project with the architect and client can help decide if construction management is a viable option.

Davenport Contracting, Inc. began as a family-based, custom construction firm twenty five years ago, committed to individual attention for each project.
