I cannot upload my attachment

  • Check the file name; The system won’t process attachments with special characters in the name, such as $, %, &, etc. Please rename the file, and try uploading again.
  • Check the file requirements and make sure yours meets the criteria

I cannot log in to my account

  • If you’ve already created an account, use the “forgot password” link on the log in screen to reset your password
  • If you continue to have problems, send an email to support@wizehive.com from the email address you signed up with

I submitted my application but need to edit it

  • Please email support@wizehive.com from the email address you signed up with, and in most cases you’ll be able to edit the entry form

I cannot access the entry form

  • The form is not accessible from a smartphone. Please use a tablet or desktop computer to submit or edit your entries.
